Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase! Are you not completely satisfied? Don't worry, that's no problem. You have the right to return the order within 14 days. The return period of 14 days starts when the package is delivered to you.
 
Instruction:
Follow the steps below to quickly and easily return the item(s):

  1. Place the items you wish to return in the box in their original packaging.
  2. If there is a return label, fill it in completely as possible.
  3. Stick this return label on the return shipment.
  4. Take the return shipment to the nearest DHL Service Point ( https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/dhl-servicepoints ) and keep the proof until we have confirmed the return. You will receive this confirmation soon by e-mail.
  5. The return costs of a return shipment are for your own account. These return costs are then automatically credited from the returned amount.  In the Netherlands this is free.
  6. As soon as the return shipment has been received and processed in the warehouse , every shipment is checked. If it appears that your return has been returned undamaged and within the return period, you will receive a credit note and we will instruct the relevant bank or credit card authority to refund your purchase amount. This process can take up to 14 working days in its entirety. In case you have paid with KLARNA, the returned items will be deducted from the invoice.

 
The following conditions apply to returns:

  • The clothing has not been worn and/or washed
  • There are no (food) stains, make-up stains, body odors or cigarette/cigar odors on the items.
  • No attempt has been made to repair a defect
